Receta Certified Angus Beef Marinades

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. Lemon juice
- 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Dry vegetable seasoning
- 1 x 12 ounce. can frzn orange juice concentrate,thawed
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Light molasses or possibly honey
- 2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/3 c. Dry white wine
- 1/2 c. Dijon-style mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dry basil
Direcciones
- These marinades will tenderize about 2 pounds of steak or possibly a 3 to 4 lb. roast.
- To marinate: Combine ingredients. Place beef in zipper-locking plastic bag and pour marinade over beef. Close bag removing air; chill; marinate for about 15 min to 2 hrs.
- Note: Extend marinating time to a minimum of 6 hrs to tenderize.
