Receta Chambord Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored & cubed
- 1 quart. fresh strawberries, cleaned & de-stemmed
- 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
- 1/2-1 c. fresh raspberries
- 1 sm. can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice (from frzn concentrate)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Chambord liqueur (or possibly other raspberry liqueur)
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Put together fruits in large bowl. Put together dressing ingredients and stir till sugar dissolves. Pour dressing over fruit and toss lightly. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serves 12 to 15. (You could make this without the Chambord, but then it would be ordinary, so why bother!)
