Receta Channa Chaat ( Spicy Chick Peas)

Ingredientes
- 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1/4 tsp Amchoor (dry mango), optional
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 2 can Garbanzo beans or possibly chick peas cooked
- 1 c. Frzn green peas
- 1/4 x " Ginger, chopped
- 3 x Green chiles, minced
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced
Direcciones
- Roast cumin and coriander seeds until they begin to brown. Remove from fire. Grind coriander, cumin seeds with amchoor, chili pwdr. Keep aside.
- In a saucepan, pour garbanzo beans. Add in ginger, green chilies, lemon juice and the spice pwdr. Mix well and cook for 3-5 min. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
