Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Brandy
- 1 tsp Grans Marnier
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Refigerate mixing bowl and beaters till well chilled; at least 30 min.
- Combine cream, vanilla, brandy and Grand Marnier in the chilled bowl and beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute. Add in sugar and lowfat sour cream and beat on medium just till soft peaks form, about 3 min. Don't over-beat.
