Receta Cheater Hashbrowns
Though I'm sure other folks are doing this, I ran into it in a desperate moment (forgot to shred potatoes the night before, lol). It's amazingly easy, and everyone loves it. No ingredient amounts are given because you just throw in as much as you need.

- Once skillet is hot, add tater tots, salt and pepper.
- Use spatula to break tots apart.
- Fry until as crispy as you like it.
