- 1 pkt Buttermilk flaky biscuits
- 2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Minced ham
- 2 Tbsp. Minced pimiento
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350. Line bottom and sides of 9" pie pan with biscuits; press together to seal. Combine cheese and flour. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, ham, pimiento and seasoning. Mix well. Pour into biscuit shell and bake for 50-55
