- 3 x Green Onions (scallions), Minced
- 1 c. Lowfat Cottage Cheese -or possibly- Hoop Cheese
- 1 tsp Dry Dill
- 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Lowfat Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 min.
