Receta Cheese Biscuits With Chipotle Butter

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt biscuit mix - (6.25 ounce)
- 1 pkt cornbread mix - (6 ounce)
- 1 ct lowfat sour cream - (8 ounce)
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese - (4 ounce)
- 1 tsp fajita seasoning (optional) Chipotle Butter (see recipe) Fresh cilantro sprig for garnish
Direcciones
- Stir together first 5 ingredients, and, if you like, fajita seasoning. Pat or possibly roll dough out onto a lightly floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut dough with a 2-inch round cutter, and place rounds on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Serve with Chipotle Butter. Garnish, if you like.
- This recipe yields 2 dozen.
