Receta Cheese 'N' Bacon - Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 20 lg. fresh mushrooms
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 T lowfat sour cream
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 T chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Direcciones
- Clean mushrooms; remove mushroom stems. Put together cream cheese and lowfat sour cream in small bowl. Mix. Add in bacon and other ingredients; blend well. Spoon mix into mushroom caps. Place mushrooms in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Yield: 20 stuffed mushrooms.
