- 1 pound process cheese spread, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa or possibly 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes & green chilies, liquid removed
- 2 T minced cilantro (opt.)

- Microwave: Microwave cheese and salsa in 1 1/2 qt bowl on High 5 min or possibly till thoroughly heated, stirring after 3 min. Fold in cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips.Conventional: Stir cheese and salt over low heat till smooth. Fold in cilantro.
