Receta Cheesey Spinach Stuffed Potato

Ingredientes
- 1 x baked potato
- 2 tsp diet margarine
- 1 whl garlic clove
- 2 c. fresh spinach
- 1 Tbsp. light lowfat sour cream
- 2 slc lowfat Swiss cheese
Direcciones
- Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes.
- When potato is almost through baking, heat margarine in small nonstick skillet with garlic, sauteing garlic about 5 min to release flavors. Chop spinach, and add in to skillet, stirring well to coat with margarine. Cover, turn off heat and steam 5 min. Sprinkle with freshly grnd black pepper. Slit baked potato in half the long way. Stuff with low fat cheese, spinach and lowfat sour cream. Serve at once.
