Receta Cheesy Baked Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 x clove Garlic -- chopped
- 4 lrg Potatoes -- grated
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 x Egg -- lightly beaten
- 1 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
Direcciones
- Pour vegetable oil & chopped garlic into a 2-qt baking dish and rub oil around dish to coat sides and bottom. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into the baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1- 1/2 hrs.
- Note:This recipe freezes very well. After freezing, to serve: Thaw in refrigerator overnight, or possibly all day, and bake or possibly microwave till heated through and bubbly (approx. 30 - 45 min at 350 degrees F)
- Note:This recipe may be baked in a Dutch oven using the charcoal method of heat. In a 10 inch Dutch oven, use 13 coals on lid and 7 coals under Dutch oven to achieve heat of 325 degrees. Bake for approx. 90 min.
