Receta Cheesy Chicken Marinara

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2 " strip
- 1/2 lb Mushroom, sliced
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 jar (16 ounce) marinara sauce
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 1 box (16 ounce) spaghetti
Direcciones
- (1) In a wok, heat 2 Tbsp. oil over high heat till warm, swirling to coat sides of pan. Add in chicken strips and stir-fry till cooked through, but still juicy, 3 to 4 min. Remove to a plate.
- 2. In same wok, heat remaining 2 Tbsp. oil over high heat. Add in mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry till mushrooms are lightly browned, 3 to 5 min. Return chicken to wok.
- 3. Pour in marinara sauce. Cook till heated through, about 3 min. Add in mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle parsley on top. Cover and cook till mozzarella melts, 1 to 2 min.
- 4. Serve over bed of cooked spaghetti/pasta.
