This is a simple, filling brunch or lunch meal for kids.Adults have enjoyed it equally too at my house. This is a no bake recipe but with all the good taste of a very well baked pizza.Very good for working mums with the need to get things done in a jiffy.

  1. Plug in your sandwich maker. Carefully spoon some margarine over your bread, and lay that side down on your sandwich maker
  2. Mix the tomato and sweet chilli sauces together in a cup. Mix all the veggies and beans together in a bowl.
  3. Add about 2 tablespoons of sauce over the bread, add about a tbsp of mixed chopped veggie-bean mix followed by a handful of grated cheese.
  4. Put the other margarine brushed bread on top, and close the sandwich maker gently.
  5. The sandwich maker will automatically flash a red light after about 5-7 minutes or even less when it’s done. Remove these Cheesy Packs onto a serving plate.
  6. Enjoy with a crispy refreshing salad on the side if you wish.
