Receta Chef Teddy Sopapilla Cheesecake
Ingredientes
- 16 ounces cream cheese room temp.
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp powder cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Direcciones
- Place dough in bottom of grease tart baking dish,
- stretch to cover bottom and side of dish firmly press
- to seal. in mixing bowl beat cream cheese and one cup
- of sugar. set oven to 325 F with electric mixer on medium
- speed until smooth
- add one egg vanilla lemon juice for about 3 to 4 minutes
- pour mixture over dough in baking dish carefully place
- pie dough on top of cream cheese filling ,pinch to seal edges
- together . Brush melted butter over top, mix remaining sugar
- with cinnamon together and sprinkle evenly over butter.Baked
- for about 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set , cool on wire rack
- for 20 minutes, refrigerate for easy cuting
