Receta Cherie's Quick Yeast Rolls

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 3 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkt active dry yeast (.25 ounce.)
- 1 x egg beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Direcciones
- 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the shortening, sugar and warm water. Allow to cold; add in yeast to lukewarm water (110 degrees) and dissolve.
- 3 Add in the egg and salt; mix well.
- 4 Add in the flour; mix well and allow to double in size.
- 5 Place dough into greased muffin tins and allow to double in size again.
- 6 Bake for 10 min or possibly till brown on top.
- Makes 6 to 8 rolls
- NOTES : "This easy yeast roll recipe was given to me by my Great, Great Grandmother. I used it a couple of years ago in our state fair and received first place."
