Receta Chermoula Marinade For Prawns, Chicken Or Steak

Ingredientes
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. grnd cumin
- 1 Tbsp. grnd coriander
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. minced cilantro
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Process cinnamon, cumin, coriander, pepper, salt, cilantro, parsley, garlic, ginger, lemon zest, lemon juice and oil in food processor or possibly blender till almost smooth.
- Use to marinate chicken breasts, shrimp or possibly beef steaks for at least 4 hrs or possibly up to overnight. Will keep refrigerated up to 3 days.
