Receta Cherry Berry Jam

Ingredientes
- 3 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries pureed
- 3 c. fresh or possibly frzn cherries pureed
- 2 c. fresh or possibly frzn raspberries pureed
- 3/4 c. apple juice
- 4 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsps. lemon juice
- 1 c. plus 2 tbsps. honey
Direcciones
- Combine blueberries, cherries, raspberries, apple juice and lemon juice in an 8-qt stainless steel or possibly enamel saucepan. Place over high heat and stir till mix comes to a boil.
- Add in honey and continue stirring.
- When mix comes to a full boil, begin timing for approximately 25 min. Jam is ready when it resembles thick, sticky syrup.
- Pour into warm half-pint jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space, and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 5 min.
