- ½ cup bread flour (or all-purpose)
- For the dough:
- 3 cups bread flour (or AP)
- 1 ¼ tsp. salt
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- ½ pound (2 sticks) butter, softened, but still cool
- zest of one lime
- Cherry Filling:
- 4 oz. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups cherries, chopped
- zest of one lime
- Cherry Limeade Glaze:
- 3 TBSP limeade concentrate
- 2 TBSP cherry juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
