Receta Cherry Nut Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- Dash of salt
- 2 (12 ounce.) cans evaporated lowfat milk
- 5 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 (10 ounce.) jar maraschino cherries, liquid removed and minced
Direcciones
- Combine Large eggs, sugar, and salt; blend well. Add in evaporated lowfat milk, lowfat milk, and vanilla. Stir in pecans and cherries.
- Pour mix into freezer can of a 5 qt, hand turned or possibly electric freeze. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Allow ice cream to ripen at least 1 hour. Yields 1 hour.
