Receta Cherry Nut Zucchini Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 teaspoon rum flavor
- 1 c. oil
- 3 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. zucchini, grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 2 c. chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. candied cherries
Direcciones
- Mix large eggs, sugar, rum flavor, oil and vanilla. Add in zucchini, allspice and cinnamon. Mix in flour, baking pwdr, salt, soda, nuts, chocolate chips and candied cherries. Place in 2 bread pans and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.Optional: Frost with chocolate frosting.
