- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 c. chi chi's salsa, liquid removed
- 2 x hard cooked Large eggs, finely minced
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1 tsp grated lime peel
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp grnd cumin lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves. Mix well.
- Serve over lettuce leaves.
