Ingredientes
- 3 c. cubed chicken or possibly turkey, cooked
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup

- Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large saucepan, combine all filling ingredients, simmer while preparing topping. Lightly spoon pancake mix into measuring c.; level off. In medium bowl, combine all topping ingredients EXCEPT cheese, blend well. Stir in cheese. Pour warm chicken mix into ungreased 12 x 8 inch (2 qt) baking dish or possibly shallow 2 qt casserole. Spoon topping over chicken mix. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 20 to 30 min or possibly till golden. (Place casserole on foil or possibly cookie sheet to guard against spillage.) Serve immediately. 5 servings.
