Receta Chick Pea And Wheat Sprout Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 x Cucumbers, (150 g)
- 2 x Tomatoes, (100 g)
- 1 slc Pineapple, (50 g)
- 100 gm Wheat sprouts
- 100 gm Chick pea sprouts
- 50 gm Spring onions, minced fine
- 10 gm Groundnuts, roasted
- 20 gm Coriander leaves or possibly parsley, minced fine
- 2 tsp Lemon juice, (10 ml)
- 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr, (optional) (2 g)
- 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd pepper pwdr, (2 g) Salt to taste
Direcciones
- CUT the cucumbers, tomatoes and pineapple slice into bite-sized pcs. Mix sprouts with the cucumber, tomato, pineapple, spring onion and groundnuts in a bowl. Add in lime juice, chilli pwdr, pepper and salt. Toss well. Garnish with coriander leaves or possibly parsley.
