Receta Chick Pea Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 can Each 19 oz, chick peas
- 1 x Sweet red pepper, julienne
- 1 x Green pepper, julienne
- 2 x Green onions, diagonally sliced
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cl Garlic, chopped Dash of warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp Chili pwdr Generous pinches of salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Drain and rinse chick-peas. Combine with red and green peppers and green onions in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Toss salad with dressing; chill till ready to serve.
- Flavor improves if left to marinate overnight.
- Serves 6-8
