  • 2-3 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cans lowfat milk
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional), cut in smaller pcs
  • 1 lg. can corn bread stuffing or possibly any crumb stuffing (not cubes)

Direcciones

  1. Place chicken in baking pan, fleshy side up. In bowl mix soup, lowfat milk, mushrooms, and chestnuts. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
