Receta Chicken Alfredo

Ingredientes
- Extra virgin olive oil (1 tbsp or possibly less)
- 1 lb chicken breast meat cubed
- 3 x green onions w/tops (scallions)
- 1 sm onion, minced Garlic to taste
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese (or possibly less)
- 12 ounce fresh mushrooms sliced
- 14 ounce can tomatoes liquid removed and diced Basil to taste Pasta (12 ounce.)
Direcciones
- In large skillet cook chicken, green onion, onion and garlic in oil; saute/fry till chicken is no longer pink. Stir cornstarch into 2 tbsp lowfat milk. Add in to skillet with remaining lowfat milk, Romano cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 min till sauce is slightly thick; stir in basil. Toss pasta with sauce.
