Receta Chicken Almond Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 sm. garlic, crushed
- 1 c. diced raw chicken, white meat
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sliced toasted almonds
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. green pepper strips
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Heat oil in moderately warm frying pan. Add in garlic, chicken, salt, pepper, sugar and soy sauce. Stir fry till chicken is light colored. Add in celery, mushrooms, green pepper strips and chicken broth. Cook 5 min; stir and cook 3 min more.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add in to the ingredients. Cook stirring till thickened. Add in almonds just before serving. Serve over cooked rice if you like. 4 servings.
