Receta Chicken And Chorizo Jambalaya

Ingredientes
- 1 lb chicken, breast, diced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. red onion, minced
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1/2 c. red pepper, diced
- 2 x garlic, cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp saffron
- 8 ounce chorizo sausage, about 2 sausages, diced into 1/2 inch pcs
- 1 c. long-grain rice
- 1 x 14 ounce can diced tomato
- 3 c. chicken stock
- 8 x mussel
- 1/2 c. green onion
Direcciones
- Preparation time is 20 min.
- In a wok or possibly cast iron pan, brown chicken. Add in butter, red onion, celery, and red pepper to pan.
- Add in garlic, cayenne, and saffron.
- Add in cooked rice, tomatoes, green onions and stock.
- Add in mussels and chorizo.
- Allow jambalaya to reduce and serve.
