- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. Broccoli, minced
- 1 c. Carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 can Cream of celery soup
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 c. Corkscrew macaroni, cooked
- 2 c. Chicken, cooked, cubed
- 1 tsp Basil leaves, dry, crushed
Direcciones
- In skillet, in warm oil, cook broccoli and carrots with basil and garlic pwdr till tender, stirring often.
- Stir in soup, lowfat milk and cheese; add in macaroni and chicken. Heat through, stirring often.
