Ingredientes
- 8 slc crusty Italian bread
- 1 pkt Athenos Original Hummus - (7 ounce)
- 2 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves grilled or possibly broiled, cut into 1/4" slices Tomato slices as needed Fresh basil leaves as needed
- 1 pkt Athenos Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato - (8 ounce) thinly sliced Red onion slices as needed Extra virgin olive oil as needed
Direcciones
- Spread 1 side of each bread slice with hummus. Top with chicken slices, tomato, basil leaves, feta cheese, onion and second bread slice.
- Brush outsides of sandwiches with oil. Cook sandwiches in skillet on medium heat till lightly browned on both sides.
- This recipe yields 4 sandwiches.
- Great Substitutes: Try 1 package (6-ounce) Louis Rich Carving Board Grilled Chicken Breast Strips in place of chicken.
