  1. Boil chicken in lightly salted water till tender. Cut into inch size pcs. Set aside.
  2. Bring chicken broth to boil, add in: carrots, celery and onion. When carrots are almost tender, add in noodles. Cover, and simmer for 10 min. Add in chicken pcs. Slowly stir 1/2 c. cool water into 1/4 c. flour. Cook and stir till bubbly. Continue cooking 1 - 2 min more. Serve
