Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast, minced and cooked
  • 1 can Low fat cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Low fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Low fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Instant brown rice (uncooked)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In mixing bowl, combine soups and evaporated skim lowfat milk. Stir in brown rice and mix well. Pour soup mix over chicken. Cover and bake 45 min.
