Ingredientes
- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 2 to 3 c. cooked rice (brown or possibly white)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 sm. pkg. sliced almonds (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine chicken, rice, soup, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice and almonds (optional) in a large bowl. Stir and mix well. Spoon mix into a greased shallot 2 qt casserole.
