Ingredientes
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pound chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 3/4-1 c. white wine
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
Direcciones
- 1. Remove skin from chicken.
- 2. Mix herbs.
- 3. Brown chicken in butter in skillet. Sprinkle with herb mix.
- 4. Combine lemon juice and wine.
- 5. Arrange chicken in casserole dish. Place sliced onions over chicken. Add in wine mix.
- 6. Cover; bake 45-60 min in a 375 degree oven.
