Receta Chicken Breasts In Tarragon Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 x minced onion
- 2 tsp (s) dry tarragon
- 1 1/3 c. (s) chicken broth
- 1/4 c. (s) dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. (s) Worcestershire sauce
- 3 x Clove(s) crushed garlic
- 4 x chicken breast
- 2 x minced,steamed carrot
- 3 Tbsp. (s) lemon juice
- 1 tsp (s) Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. (s) cornstarch
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and garlic in Pam cooking spray or possibly a little oil. Add in chicken and cook for 5 min. Add in carrots and cook for 1 minute. Then add in the rest of the ingredients except cornstarch and 1/3 c. chicken broth. Simmer 20 min, covered. Use cornstarch mixed in chicken broth to thicken sauce.
