  • 2 1/2-3 pound fryer, cut in pcs
  • 1/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 med. size green pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced fine
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can mushrooms (buttons)
  • 1 (303 size) can tomatoes, cut up
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c. cooking sherry wine

Direcciones

  1. Brown chicken pcs in warm oil till lightly browned. Add in onion, garlic pepper, garlic and mushrooms and cook with chicken till a golden. Then add in tomatoes and their juice, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30-35 min till chicken is tender, then add in wine and parsley. Cook for 5 more min.
