Receta Chicken Chalupa

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 sm. can green minced chilies
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 cooked chicken, cut in bite-sized pcs
- Salt to taste
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix onions and chilies together, mix with soups and lowfat milk. Add in chicken. Cut tortillas in 1/4 softer in warm fat. Place layer of tortillas in greased baking dish, then layer of chicken mix, layer of cheese. Continue till all is used. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven 30-40 min. Freezes well.
