Receta Chicken Chalupa Casserole

Ingredientes
- 4 lg. chicken breasts or possibly 1 chicken, cooked, boned and diced
- 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 to 10 tortillas, quartered
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. can minced green chilies
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 med. onion, minced
Direcciones
- Add in diced chicken to soup mix and layer in a greased 3-qt dish. Start with a layer of quartered tortillas, then a layer of chicken mix, then a layer of cheese. Repeat till all ingredients are used. Cover top with a layer of grated cheese. Cover casserole with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 min. This casserole freezes well and serves 10 to 12.
