Receta Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. minced green onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 10 flour tortillas
- 2 cans Old El Paso green chili enchilada sauce
- Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except tortillas, enchilada sauce and Monterey Jack cheese. Fry tortillas quickly. Place meat mix in center of tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam side down in large, greased pan. Pour enchilada sauce over and top with Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min. This is a great way to use leftover turkey. This also freezes well before baking.
