Receta Chicken Enchilidas

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. whole chicken, boiled, boned, and cut up
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 6 ounce. Monterey Jack or possibly Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. minced mushrooms
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom or possibly chicken soup
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas shells or possibly crepes
Direcciones
- Prepare chicken and place in bowl. Add in next 5 ingredients; mix well. Place 2 to 3 Tbsp. in each shell. Roll and place in baking dish. Cover with soup (add in some lowfat milk to thin it till creamy). Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
