Receta Chicken Fajitas

Ingredientes
- 6 whole chicken breasts, boned
- 1 pkg. McCormick Fajitas Marinade
- 1 whole green pepper cut in strips
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- Salsa
- 1 whole onion, sliced
- Dash salt
- Optional: shredded cheddar, guacamole
Direcciones
- While gas grill is heating to medium heat, marinate chicken in McCormick marinade mixed to directions on package. Cook chicken 8 min each side or possibly till tender. Remove and cut into strips. Saute/fry green peppers and onions in oil till transparent but still crispy, add in dash of salt.
- Hot tortillas on lightly greased griddle for just seconds. Wrap chicken strips, peppers and onions in tortilla, add in salsa and lowfat sour cream (or possibly guacamole and or possibly shredded cheese). Serve warm.
