Receta Chicken Fajitas Ramen Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 x Half chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1 x Red or possibly green pepper, cut in strips
- 1/2 x Red onion, thinly sliced Assorted greens
- 1 x Maruchan chicken ramen, broken or possibly crushed Avocado and tomato wedges
- 4 Tbsp. Lime or possibly lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce Ramen seasoning packet
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Minced cilantro -or possibly-
- 1 tsp Dry cilantro
Direcciones
- Pat chili pwdr onto chicken breast; brown in warm oil. Cover, cook till done. Remove and cut into strips. Saute/fry pepper strips in pan. Whisk dressing ingredients together. Toss with chicken, pepper strips, onion and broken ramen noodles. Serve on greens, Garnish with avocado and tomato.
