Receta Chicken In Oyster Sauce

Ingredientes
- 200 gm Chicken breast meat, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 lrg Onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Carrot strips
- 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 5 Tbsp. Water mixed with 1tsp cornflour
Direcciones
- Heat the oil and fry the chicken till half-cooked. Add in the onion, carrot and seasoning and continue to fry till the chicken is cooked through
- Add in the cornflour mix and bring to the boil. Serve immediately.
