Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 x Chicken breast, quartered
- 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Chicken broth (see wonton soup recipe)
Direcciones
- Mix the salt and 1/2 tsp. of sesame oil together. Smear the chicken pcs with this mix and allow to marinate for 10 min. Dip chicken pcs into lightly beaten egg. Dust them with flour. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and lay the chicken pcs into it. Keep swirling the pan so which the pcs will not stick. Saute/fry for 5 min on each side. Remove chicken and set on plate. Mix onion, garlic, vinegar, 1 tsp. sesame oil, and chicken broth. Heat and pour over the chicken pcs.
