Receta Chicken Karahi

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb Chicken thigh meat, boneless skinless, fatless, diced into 1 1/2 inch long & 1 1/2 inch wide pcs
- 4 Tbsp. Plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic paste
- 8 piece each green pepper and onion, (cut just like chicken)
- 1/2 tsp Red chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Coriander pwdr
- 4 ounce Water
Direcciones
- Rub the yogurt on chicken and leave it to chill for about two hrs.
- Heat oil in a pan and add in ginger and garlic. After 30 seconds, add in pcs of onion, green pepper and the marinated chicken. Stir frequently till the chicken turns a little brown.
- Now add in coriander pwdr and red chili pwdr. Add in salt to taste.
- Keep stirring frequently.
- After 3 or possibly 4 min add in the water and let everything simmer gently. check from time to time and as soon as the chicken feels cooked, you are ready to serve it.
