Receta Chicken Liver And Rice

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
- Seasoned flour
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 T onion, chopped
- 1 pound chicken liver, cut into 1" pcs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 T parsley
Direcciones
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in saucepan, add in onion and cook till tender. Add in to rice and cook as directed. Meanwhile, roll livers in flour and saute in remaining butter in frying pan till browned on each side. In 1 1/2 qt casserole put together livers, rice, soup, lowfat milk and rest of ingredients and bake at 375 degrees for 30 min till hot and bubbly.
