Receta Chicken 'N Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. orange juice
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 c. mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 c. pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
- 1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
- 1 c. cut up celery
- 1 c. seedless white grapes
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Combine oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Add in chicken and marinate 10 to 15 min. Combine mandarin oranges, pineapple, grapes, almonds and celery. Add in to chicken. Mix in the mayo. Refrigerateseveral hrs. Serves 6.
