Receta Fruit Salad Jam

Ingredientes
- 450 gm dry fruit salad coarsely minced
- 1 7/10 lt water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 2/5 kg sugar (caster)

- In a large bowl combine fruit salad and water.Let stand 24 hrs.
- In a large saucepan simmer fruit salad and water 40 min. Add in lemon juice and sugar; Stir till sugar dissolves. Increase heat; boil rapidly 15-20 min or possibly till jam reaches 105C. Remove from heat and remove scum.
- Cold for 5 min. Ladle into warm jars and seal.
- Keeps for 3-4 months.
- Ensure storage jars are well sterilised.
