Receta Chicken 'N Noodles Parmesan

Ingredientes
- 4 tbsp. butter, divided
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. diagonally sliced carrots
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. frzn peas
- 2 cans (5 ounce. each) Swanson chunk white chicken liquid removed
- 6 ounce. uncooked, wide or possibly extra wide egg noodles
Direcciones
- In 2 qt saucepan over medium heat, heat 2 tbsp. butter and cook mushrooms and carrots till tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in half and half, remaining butter, pepper and nutmeg. Heat to simmering. Gradually stir in cheese. Add in peas and chicken. Heat through.
- Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In large serving bowl, gently toss warm noodles with chicken mix.
